A boost of hydration, radiance and vitality for your skin

What is aesthetic mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a medical technique offered at our aesthetic clinic in Nice that involves injecting very small amounts of revitalising active ingredients directly into the dermis using micro-needles.
These targeted micro-injections nourish the skin from within, stimulate its regeneration and visibly improve its quality.

It is particularly recommended to prevent skin ageing, for maintenance or alongside other aesthetic treatments (peels, hyaluronic acid…).

What are the benefits of mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy can be performed on the face, neck, décolleté or hands, with several goals:

  • Intensely rehydrate the skin
  • Brighten the complexion and revive radiance
  • Improve texture (thin, sagging or crepey skin)
  • Stimulate collagen and elastin production
  • Reduce signs of fatigue or oxidative stress
  • Restore a fresher, more rested look to the whole face
  • Improve skin elasticity and firm sagging tissues

Results are gradual, natural and visible from the first sessions.

Who is aesthetic mesotherapy for?

This treatment suits anyone with:

  • dehydrated or dull skin,
  • early signs of sagging,
  • seasonal loss of radiance,
  • or who simply wants to maintain youthful skin.

It can be done from 25–30, both as prevention and for mild correction.
Mesotherapy is also very useful after sun exposure, as an autumn skin boost, or as anti-ageing maintenance.

Our medical team in Nice supports you with a personalised protocol.

What happens during a mesotherapy session?

1Initial consultation

A personalised medical assessment is carried out to evaluate your needs and medical history and choose the right protocol (pure hyaluronic acid NCTF FILLMED®, multivitamin complexes, antioxidants, amino acids…).

2The treatment

After careful cleansing and, if needed, an anaesthetic cream, small intradermal injections are made using a fine needle or a mesotherapy injector.

The session lasts on average 20 to 30 minutes, with no real pain, just a slight tingling sensation.

Mesotherapy can also be applied to the scalp to stimulate hair growth and combat hair loss.

3After the session

  • Some slight redness may appear, as well as slight temporary swelling at the injection points.
  • These effects usually disappear within a few hours.
  • You can resume your activities immediately.

📆 A course of 3 to 4 sessions, 15 days to 1 month apart, is often recommended for an optimal result.

Results and maintenance

From the first sessions, the skin looks brighter, more supple and better hydrated.
The effects build up over the treatments: the skin regains tone, radiance and comfort.

Regular maintenance (1 session every 2 to 4 months) is advised to prolong the benefits.

Contraindications

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Active skin infection (cold sores, severe inflammatory acne)
  • Known allergy to any of the ingredients
  • Unstable autoimmune or inflammatory diseases
  • Anticoagulant medication (to be discussed depending on the protocol)

Frequently asked questions

The first effects (radiance, skin comfort) often appear from the first session.
For a lasting result, a course of 3 to 4 sessions 2 to 4 weeks apart is recommended, followed by maintenance every 3 to 4 months.

Mesotherapy is only mildly uncomfortable.
The injections are superficial and very quick. If needed, an anaesthetic cream can be applied before the session for extra comfort.

Mesotherapy does not add volume. It acts on skin quality (hydration, radiance, tone), but does not fill deep wrinkles.
It can be used alongside filler injections, for a harmonious overall result.

Some slight redness, small swellings or bruises may appear at the injection points.
These effects are temporary and disappear within a few hours to two days.

From 25–30 as prevention, or later to revive tired skin.
Mesotherapy is suitable for both women and men.
